The Preconstruction Manager will lead early-phase project planning, budgeting, and estimating for commercial and industrial developments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of cost drivers.
Responsibilities:
Manage preconstruction planning and cost modeling
Support business development with proposal creation
Lead coordination between design and operations teams
Qualifications:
7+ years in estimating or preconstruction
Strong background in design-build delivery methods
