Location: Waterloo, IA 50701
This position involves leading preconstruction and estimating efforts for design-build commercial and light industrial projects. The Estimator will develop detailed takeoffs, analyze subcontractor bids, and prepare comprehensive proposals.
Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates
Collaborate with design teams and clients during preconstruction
Source and qualify subcontractors
Qualifications:
5+ years estimating experience
Proficiency in estimating software (Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, etc.)
Strong understanding of commercial systems and sequencing
