Environmental Litigation Associate – Beverly Hills,  CA

A leading law firm is seeking a talented Environmental Litigation Associate. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience handling complex environmental and commercial litigation, with a focus on statutes such as CERCLA, Proposition 65, and the Clean Air Act. Key Responsibilities

  • Work on a range of environmental litigation matters, including CERCLA, Proposition 65, and Clean Air Act cases

  • Draft and argue substantive motions in both state and federal court

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on complex environmental regulatory and litigation issues

  • Participate in discovery, depositions, and case strategy development

  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on large-scale, high-stakes litigation matters

Qualifications & Skills

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

  • Active California Bar membership in good standing

  • 2–4 years of environmental litigation experience (commercial litigation background a plus)

  • Experience drafting discovery and substantive motions in state and federal court

  • Strong academic credentials and demonstrated legal writing and oral advocacy skills

  • Prior large case or law firm experience preferred
