We have partnered with a well-established firm that has a hybrid opening for and Associate Attorney. The candidate will be handling a variety of medical malpractice representation matters based out of the San Diego office. This firm has been in business for over 30+ years and has a strong client base. If you are someone that has a strong litigation background and are interested in the medical field, this may be a great opportunity. Success in this position includes working up cases, developing case strategies, litigation and court appearances, and brainstorming and working with Senior Associates and mentors on cases. You will also have an opportunity to work on personal injury, insurance defense and premises liability cases but a majority of the caseload is medical malpractice. The tenure within the firm is strong, and many attorneys have been elevated to partner.
Required experience
- 2+ years related litigation experience
- JD from ABA Accredited law school
- Admitted in CA, in good standing
- Able to commute on a hybrid basis to the San Diego office
- LA office available if interested
