Our company is a highly respected company in OH with over 30 years in the business. We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction and renovation projects from planning through completion. This role manages budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
Coordinate client communication and expectations
Oversee procurement and project documentation
Ensure timely project delivery
Manage multiple small projects simultaneously
Qualifications
8+ years project management experience
Renovation or small project experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects
