Position Overview
The Mechanical Project Manager will be responsible for managing HVAC and plumbing projects from planning through completion. Project types include higher education, government, healthcare, industrial, and commercial facilities. Minimum 5+ years of HVAC and plumbing project management experience
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
Demonstrated leadership and coaching capabilities
Proven project budgeting and financial management experience
Ability to promptly resolve project and team-related challenges
Highly organized with strong prioritization and time-management skills
Ability to balance multiple projects and competing deadlines
Must be authorized to work in the United States without restrictions
