Position: Senior Structural Engineer
Location: Kansas City, MO
Salary Range: $100,000 – $125,000 (based on experience)

What You’ll Do
Lead structural engineering design on large-scale projects
Mentor junior engineers and support professional development
Oversee technical design, project delivery, and quality control
Engage with clients and cross-disciplinary teams
Participate in proposal development and client presentations
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
Structural Engineer (SE) license
Minimum 8 years of experience in structural design
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive project success
