Drafting Litigation Attorney | Remote – Florida

A highly regarded Florida law firm with an excellent reputation is seeking a Drafting Litigation Attorney to join its growing litigation practice. This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced attorney who excels in legal research, writing, and sophisticated motion practice.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of litigation experience and the ability to take ownership of complex drafting assignments. Experience in construction litigation, land use, and/or appellate matters is a plus.

What You'll Do

• Draft substantive motions, briefs, memoranda, and other complex litigation documents

• Conduct detailed legal research and develop persuasive legal arguments

• Support attorneys on sophisticated civil litigation matters

• Analyze complex factual and legal issues and translate them into clear, effective written advocacy

• Collaborate closely with firm leadership and experienced litigators on case strategy

• Manage assignments, priorities, and deadlines in a remote environment

What We're Looking For

• Active Florida Bar admission

• 3+ years of litigation experience

• Exceptional legal research, writing, and drafting skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines

• Experience in construction, land use, or appellate matters is a plus

• Self-motivated attorney who can work independently while remaining highly collaborative

• Leadership qualities and a desire for continued professional growth
