Construction Superintendent

About the Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee daily field operations and ensure construction projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to high-quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on construction professional who can lead crews, coordinate subcontractors, and keep projects running smoothly from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily on-site construction activities and monitor project progress.
Coordinate subcontractors, field crews, vendors, and material deliveries.
Develop and maintain construction schedules to meet project deadlines.
Enforce jobsite safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Monitor workmanship and ensure projects meet quality standards.
Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications.
Identify and resolve field issues, delays, and scheduling conflicts.
Communicate with project managers, clients, and other project stakeholders.
Maintain daily reports, inspection records, and project documentation.
Ensure work is completed according to project plans and specifications.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar field leadership role.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and jobsite operations.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
Experience managing subcontractors, crews, and multiple project activities.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality control procedures.
Proficiency with construction management software is a plus.
