Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney Location: Miami, Florida Salary: $130,000 – $200,000 (commensurate with experience) + Bonus

A premier plaintiff trial firm is seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney with 3–10 years of litigation experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have trial experience—as either first or second chair—and a strong passion for representing injured clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of personal injury cases from intake through trial or settlement

  • Conduct and defend depositions, mediations, and court appearances

  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to prepare cases for trial

  • Evaluate claims, develop litigation strategy, and advocate for clients in court

  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure outstanding service

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership (state-specific)

  • 3–10 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience

  • Experience as 1st or 2nd chair in jury trials preferred

  • Strong written and verbal advocacy skills

  • Excellent case management and negotiation abilities

Compensation & Benefits:
