Job Description

A growing CPA firm is adding a Tax Manager in the Phoenix, AZ area, and you choose whether you work hybrid or fully remote. You'll build long-term client relationships, mentor a supportive team, and have a clear, written path to Senior Manager and partner.

What you'll do:

• Review individual, partnership, S corporation and corporate returns
• Advise business owners and families on planning all year, not just in tax season
• Help seniors and staff work through technical questions and grow their skills
• Keep engagements moving on schedule while protecting quality

What you bring:

• 3+ years of public accounting tax experience, with review experience a strong plus
• CPA preferred (if you're pursuing it, tell us)
• Bachelor's degree from a US college or university in accounting or a related field
• Strong communication and client service skills

Salary: $140,000-$180,000 depending on experience. This is a Hybrid or Remote role.
