I am representing a growing civil engineering firm that is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer Project Manager to join their team. This is an opportunity to lead projects, mentor staff, and contribute to the firm’s growth. Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering growth and a culture of excellence.

  • Build and maintain client relationships throughout planning, design, and construction.

  • Manage projects from planning and permitting through design, construction, and closeout.

  • Prepare and review design documents, drawings, and specifications.

  • Oversee site development components, including utilities, stormwater, grading, and permitting.

  • Ensure projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

  • Participate in business development initiatives and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in civil site design and project management.

  • Experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D preferred.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Relevant land development experience preferred.
