Senior Bridge Engineer

Orlando, FL | Hybrid | Full-Time

Compensation: $130,000–$190,000+ DOE + annual bonus + profit sharing

What You'll Do

  • Lead the design and delivery of complex bridge and transportation projects
  • Serve as the technical lead on FDOT and municipal bridge assignments
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers
  • Coordinate directly with clients, agencies, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Perform structural design, analysis, quality control, and project oversight

What We're Looking For

  • 8–20 years of bridge engineering experience
  • Experience with FDOT and/or municipal bridge projects
  • PE license required (SE is a plus)
  • Strong structural design and project delivery experience
  • Proven leadership and client-facing abilities are highly valued

Compensation & Benefits
