Position Summary:
We are seeking a driven, experienced Spa Manager to lead our Upper Arlington and Easton locations. This full-time, in-person leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and is passionate about team development, client satisfaction, and operational excellence. The Spa Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, implement growth strategies, and collaborate on marketing initiatives to elevate the med spa experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Aesthetic Injectors, Aestheticians, and Guest Experience Specialists to ensure excellent, safe, and effective medical procedures.
Develop and mentor team members to promote job satisfaction, teamwork, and sales growth.
Foster a high-performing, results-driven work environment focused on client experience, retention, and optimal skincare results.
Manage spa scheduling, staffing, and daily operations to meet client demand and ensure seamless interactions.
Cultivate a warm, inviting atmosphere that encourages guest loyalty and membership growth.
Execute marketing campaigns including social media, paid ads, and outreach events to increase brand visibility and attract first-time guests.
Coordinate with senior leadership and peers on promotional strategies and engagement plans.
Collaborate with the Call Center to ensure efficient scheduling of first-time guests and drive lead conversion.
Optimize vendor relationships for trainings, events, and promotional opportunities.
Analyze spa performance metrics and manage the budget for maximum profitability.
Qualifications:
1–2+ years of experience in spa, salon, med spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery clinic management.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proven track record of driving team performance, building collaborative cultures, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Analytical mindset with the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and KPIs.
Experience in executing local marketing and outreach strategies.
Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and providing a premium guest experience.
