 What You’ll Do:

• Review and manage tax work for a range of clients (individuals, corps, and everything in between)
• Be a mentor, leader, and hands-on contributor — no ivory tower stuff
• Work closely with partners and play a key role in keeping things moving during busy season
• Use CCH Axcess to get the job done right

What We're Looking For:

• 6+ years of tax experience in public accounting
• A 4-year degree in Accounting or related field
• A strong work ethic, team-first attitude, and a love for what you do
• Someone who’s not just chasing the next paycheck — you take pride in the job

Compensation & Perks:

• Base pay starts at $120K+, performance bonuses
• One weekend off per month during busy season (yes, really)
• CPA licensure support
