Senior Family Law Attorney (8+ Years)
Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid or Remote)

A well-regarded and growing family law practice is seeking a Senior Family Law Attorney with 8+ years of experience to join its team. This role offers the opportunity to handle high-level, complex family law matters while maintaining flexibility with a hybrid or fully remote schedule.

The ideal candidate is confident managing cases independently, comfortable with client-facing responsibilities, and experienced in navigating sensitive, high-stakes matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a full caseload of family law matters from intake through resolution
• Handle complex cases involving divorce, custody, support, and high-asset property division
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and settlement agreements
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
• Provide strategic counsel to clients on sensitive and high-impact legal issues
• Collaborate with team members while maintaining primary responsibility over cases

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of family law experience
• Strong courtroom presence and litigation skills
• Experience handling complex and high-asset matters preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
• Active California Bar admission required

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $180,000 – $225,000+ (depending on experience)
