What You’ll Do
Manage and reconcile USDA commodity balances for multiple school programs
Maintain and monitor data within Processor Link
Develop and distribute reports showing drawdown balances and usage trends
Partner with internal teams, processors, and schools to ensure accurate and timely drawdowns
Track end-of-year balances to minimize waste and optimize usage
Support audits and compliance reporting with organized, accurate documentation
Provide insights, guidance, and training to help schools maximize their allocations
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Nutrition, or a related field
5+ years of experience in K-12 foodservice, commodity management, or similar
Strong analytical and Excel skills
Experience with Processor Link or other commodity management systems
Clear communication, attention to detail, and a proactive approach
Knowledge of USDA Foods program guidelines a plus
