Job Description

Commercial HVAC - Service Manager (Commercial) 

A well-established commercial HVAC contractor is seeking a Field Service & Installation Manager to lead service and install operations in the field.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a strong technical expert who can lead people, solve problems, and maintain high standards in commercial environments.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support commercial HVAC service & installation teams
• Supervise installs, maintenance, and service work
• Act as top-level technical troubleshooter
• Ensure quality control across all field work
• Train and develop technicians
• Partner with manufacturers and technical support
• Maintain strong customer relationships, including enterprise clients

What We’re Looking For

10+ years commercial HVAC service and installation experience
• Strong troubleshooting on:
– RTUs & split systems (up to 50 tons)
– Chillers (up to 100 tons)
– VRF, hydronics, water source heat pumps
• Proven people leadership skills
• Comfortable working with large commercial / corporate clients
• Controls experience (BACnet, Novar, TCS, etc.) a plus
