A reputable and well-established law firm is actively seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to work alongside seasoned Partners and Associates in a collaborative, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle insurance defense cases with a focus on general liability matters
Work closely with Partners and other attorneys on case strategy and litigation
Participate in depositions, motion practice, and potentially trial work
Contribute to a team-oriented legal culture
Qualifications:
3–7 years of insurance defense litigation experience
Experience with general liability cases is required
Strong litigation, communication, and organizational skills
J.D. from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice and in good standing with New Jersey State Bar
Trial experience is a plus
