📢 Law Office Manager – Asheville, NC (Full-Time)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Law Office Manager to oversee daily operations of our legal practice in Asheville, NC. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong administrative and managerial skills, and ensures the smooth functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations 🏢, including supply inventory and procurement
  • Manage vendors and negotiate contracts 🤝
  • Handle bookkeeping, payroll, budgeting, and financial records using Clio, QuickBooks Online, and IOLTA/Trust Account verification 💰
  • Supervise HR functions, including onboarding, training, and staff development 👥
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure compliance with legal recordkeeping standards 📁
  • Manage phone systems and internal communication ☎️
  • Develop office policies to improve efficiency and productivity ⚙️
  • Support attorneys and staff with administrative tasks as needed 📝

Requirements:

  • Proven office management experience, preferably in legal or medical settings ✅
  • Supervisory and team management experience 👔
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills 📊
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills ✍️
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks, Clio, MS Office Suite 💻
  • Experience with bookkeeping, payroll, budgeting, and vendor management 💵
  • Knowledge of HR practices, training, and employee relations 🧑‍💼
  • Clerical experience with filing systems, front desk operations, multi-line phones 📞
  • Ability to manage scheduling under tight deadlines ⏰
  • Event planning experience a plus 🎉
