Job Title: Powersports Parts Specialist

Overview: Our client is actively seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Powersports Parts Specialist to join their team. This individual will play a key role in helping customers and technicians get the right parts—on time and with confidence. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers at the parts counter, over the phone, and online with identifying and ordering the correct parts for their powersports vehicles.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and accurate inventory system; receive, stock, and label incoming parts shipments.

  • Provide technicians with the parts and accessories needed to complete repairs and customizations efficiently.

  • Stay up to date on OEM catalogs, aftermarket products, and parts availability.

  • Help manage special orders, returns, and warranty claims.

  • Deliver top-notch customer service by offering product knowledge, solutions, and timely follow-up.

  • Upsell related products, accessories, and services when appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a parts or retail role within the powersports, automotive, or equipment industry.

  • Familiarity with parts lookup systems, inventory software, and OEM catalogs (e.g., Parts Unlimited, Tucker, etc.).

  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or mechanical background a plus.
