We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to support our Preventive Maintenance (PM) program and ensure optimal operation of production machinery and facility equipment. This role focuses on minimizing downtime, maintaining safety, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Support and execute the Preventive Maintenance (PM) program
Reduce unscheduled downtime through proactive maintenance
Inspect, operate, and test machinery to ensure proper functionality
Validate work performed and document all maintenance activities
Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on production and facility equipment
Troubleshoot equipment and plant mechanical systems
Analyze problems and interpret technical information
Develop sustainable solutions to prevent repeat failures
