A well-established CPA firm in the Albuquerque, NM area wants a Tax Senior Manager who's ready to be a go-to leader for the tax practice. You'll get Duke City clients and New Mexico sunshine, plus a seat at the table with the partners.
What you'll do:
- Lead complex business, individual and trust engagements from planning to sign-off
- Be the main tax advisor for a book of key clients
- Develop and mentor managers, seniors and staff
- Help grow the practice and work closely with partners on firm direction
What you bring:
- 3+ years of public accounting tax experience, with several years in a review and leadership role
- CPA preferred (if you're pursuing it, tell us)
- Bachelor's degree from a US college or university in accounting or a related field
- Strong client relationship and team leadership skills
Salary: $106,000-$134,000 depending on experience. This is a Hybrid or On-site role, with a clear path toward partner for the right person.
