A nationally recognized AM 100 law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Pittsburgh office. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven litigator with 3+ years of experience to work on sophisticated, high-stakes matters alongside talented attorneys in a collaborative and highly regarded legal environment.

📍 Location: Pittsburgh, PA
🏢 Work Arrangement: Hybrid
⚖️ Experience Required: 3+ Years of Litigation Experience
📜 Bar Admission: Active Pennsylvania Bar License 

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Handle complex litigation matters from inception through resolution, including developing and executing case strategy
✅ Conduct advanced legal research and draft high-level briefs, motions, and memoranda on complex legal issues
✅ Prepare and file pleadings, complaints, and other litigation documents involving sophisticated legal claims
✅ Manage all phases of discovery, including document review, production, and coordination in multi-party matters
✅ Take and defend depositions of fact witnesses and experts
✅ Assist with hearings, oral arguments, and trial preparation
✅ Collaborate with partners, associates, and clients on high-impact litigation matters
✅ Support complex commercial litigation, class action, and regulatory matters
✅ Provide clients with strategic legal analysis and case updates

Qualifications:

✔ 3+ years of litigation experience in a law firm or comparable legal setting
✔ Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
✔ Experience handling discovery, depositions, and motion practice
✔ Experience with complex litigation, commercial disputes, class actions, or regulatory matters preferred
✔ Ability to manage multiple deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
✔ Excellent communication and client service skills
✔ Licensed and in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar

Salary commensurate with candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
