A highly respected Pittsburgh law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience to join its growing team. ✔ Manage commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
✔ Draft motions, pleadings, memoranda, and written discovery
✔ Conduct in-depth legal research and develop effective litigation strategies
✔ Manage document review and discovery projects
✔ Prepare for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial
✔ Collaborate with attorneys on complex litigation matters
✔ Maintain strong client relationships while providing exceptional legal representation
✔ 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience required
✔ Excellent written communication and drafting skills, including experience preparing memos, pleadings, motions, and discovery
✔ Ability to produce concise, persuasive, and effective written work product
✔ Outstanding legal research and analytical skills
✔ Strong organizational and time management abilities with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
✔ Active Pennsylvania Bar license required
