Position Overview:

We are currently looking for an experienced Workers' Comp Attorney with 3-7 years of practice in the field. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in advocating for clients' workers' compensation claims, helping them secure the benefits they are entitled to under the law.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a caseload of workers' compensation cases, representing clients from start to finish.

- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to provide expert guidance on claims.

- Prepare and review legal documents, including petitions, motions, and settlement agreements.

- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and other proceedings related to workers' compensation claims.

- Collaborate with clients and colleagues to achieve the best possible outcomes for injured workers.

- Stay current on changes in workers' compensation laws and regulations, ensuring that our clients receive up-to-date legal counsel.

 

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and admission to the Tennessee

- 3-7 years of experience specializing in workers' compensation law.

- Proven success in handling workers' compensation cases and securing benefits for clients.

- Strong understanding of workers' compensation laws and regulations.

- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage a caseload effectively.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative legal team.
