A long standing and reputable company is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager to join their team. As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing construction projects, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and plans.
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of the project, including design, procurement, construction, and closeout.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Identify and manage project risks and develop contingency plans.
• Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, vendors, and team members.
• Provide regular project status updates to the management team.

Requirements:

• MS Project, Bluebeam, Procore, Excel experience is a must.
• At least 5 years of experience managing construction projects
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams of subcontractors and vendors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of construction industry best practices and building codes.
