I'm partnering with a highly respected commercial contractor that's looking to add a Project Manager to their growing team. This company has built an outstanding reputation by delivering high-end retail construction projects for nationally recognized clients throughout North America. What You'll Be Working On
- High-end retail construction
- Tenant Improvements
- Commercial renovations and remodels
- National retail programs
- Repeat-client projects
What You'll Do
- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Work closely with a dedicated team consisting of a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, Project Administrator, and core Superintendents assigned to each client program.
What They're Looking For
- 8+ years of commercial construction Project Management experience
- Retail, commercial renovation, or tenant improvement experience
- Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills
- Procore experience preferred
- Viewpoint Spectrum experience is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
