A reputable boutique firm in Tampa is seeking a seasoned Estate Planning & Corporate Attorney to join its practice. This opportunity is ideal for a self-sustaining attorney with a full book of business who values autonomy, collaborative support, and the ability to help shape the direction of the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners on estate and tax planning strategies

  • Draft complex estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives

  • Counsel closely held businesses on formation, governance, succession planning, and transactional matters

  • Structure and negotiate buy-sell agreements, asset sales, and other business transactions

  • Provide ongoing general counsel support to corporate clients across industries

Qualifications:

  • Active member of the Florida Bar

  • At least 8 years of experience in estate planning and/or corporate transactional law

  • Portable book of business (required)

  • Strong client advisory and relationship management skills

  • Experience working with CPAs, wealth managers, and fiduciaries
