🩺 Plastic Surgeon – Mohs Reconstruction

  Schedule: Part-Time | 3 Days per Week

A growing dermatology practice in North Texas is seeking a Plastic Surgeon to join the team three days per week to assist with Mohs reconstruction and head & neck closures. This opportunity is ideal for a surgeon looking for a consistent part-time schedule while collaborating with a well-established dermatology and Mohs surgery team.

The incoming surgeon will be walking into an existing patient volume, providing reconstructive closures for Mohs surgery patients across clinics in McKinney, Rockwall, and Allen. This role offers a steady caseload and the ability to focus primarily on facial and head & neck reconstructive closures following Mohs procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform head and neck closures for Mohs surgery patients

• Provide reconstructive procedures following Mohs excisions

• Work collaboratively with dermatologists and Mohs surgeons

• Evaluate patients and determine appropriate reconstructive approaches

• Rotate between clinic locations in McKinney, Rockwall, and Allen as needed

• Maintain high-quality surgical outcomes and patient care

Patient Volume

• Established patient volume available

• Reconstructive cases generated through existing Mohs surgery programs

• Opportunity to step into consistent case flow immediately across multiple clinics

Qualifications

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Plastic Surgeon

• Experience with facial reconstruction and head & neck closures

• Experience working with Mohs surgery patients preferred

• Strong surgical skills and ability to manage reconstructive cases efficiently

• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary dermatology setting
