A respected law firm in Orlando is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with transactional real estate experience to work on sophisticated commercial matters while continuing to develop their practice.
Handle commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, loan documents, and other transactional agreements.
Conduct due diligence and coordinate closings.
Advise clients on real estate-related legal issues and transaction structures.
Work directly with clients and other professionals to move transactions forward efficiently.
Experience handling commercial real estate transactions.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
Florida Bar membership in good standing.
