Traveling Superintendent – Commercial Construction (Data Centers)

What You'll Do:
Serve as the on-site lead for all day-to-day operations on large-scale data center builds
Coordinate all field activities, subcontractors, and site logistics to ensure safety, schedule, and quality standards are met
Work closely with the Project Manager and field teams to manage timelines, inspections, and change orders
Ensure full compliance with project specs, building codes, and safety regulations
Communicate effectively with owners, inspectors, trades, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly and keep the job moving
What We're Looking For:
5+ years as a Superintendent in commercial construction, with at least 2 years on data center projects
Deep understanding of MEP coordination, critical infrastructure, and tight scheduling
Proven ability to manage subcontractors and lead teams in high-pressure environments
Willingness to travel extensively (project durations typically 6–12 months)
OSHA 30 certification required; additional safety and quality certifications a plus
