Job Title: Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Paralegal
Location: South Houston, TX

I am working directly with the ownership of a well-established plaintiff personal injury firm seeking a Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Paralegal with 5+ years of experience. This role is focused exclusively on litigation support and offers the opportunity to work closely with a single attorney in a collaborative environment.

Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Paralegal Requirements and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury paralegal experience
• Must have hands-on experience supporting cases in active litigation (pre-litigation-only backgrounds will not be considered)
• Routine client communication throughout the litigation process
• Obtain and analyze medical records and bills in support of discovery, expert review, depositions, and trial preparation; prepare detailed medical chronologies
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; handle e-filing with the court
• Manage litigation deadlines, case files, and overall case progression
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) REQUIRED — must be highly proficient in spoken and written Spanish, including legal drafting and document translation
