What They’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 1–6 years handling civil litigation, ideally with exposure to medical malpractice, healthcare liability, or complex personal injury defense

  • Academic Background: Strong law school performance (Top 25%, journal experience, honors, or relevant clerkships preferred)

  • Skills: Excellent legal writing, research, and advocacy skills; comfortable drafting motions, conducting depositions, and engaging in courtroom proceedings

  • Bar Admission: Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing
