Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse solicitor-side practice, with flexibility in focus areas (e.g., corporate, commercial, real estate, estates)
• Provide strategic legal advice to a broad client base, including individuals and businesses
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements and legal documents
• Oversee transactions from start to finish, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to deliver comprehensive client solutions
• Contribute to client development and relationship management

Ideal Candidate

• 8+ years of experience in a solicitor-focused practice
• Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia
• Strong technical skills across corporate/commercial and/or related practice areas
• Ability to independently manage files and maintain strong client relationships
• Entrepreneurial mindset; a partial or full portable book of business is required
• Excellent communication, drafting, and problem-solving abilities
