#WeAreHiring: Private Banking Relationship Manager, High-Net-Worth Farm Families 🚜

Some of the wealthiest families in the Plains run farms, ranches and agribusinesses, and they want a banker who speaks their language. gpac is recruiting now for community banks ($5B or less in assets, most under $2B) in rural Kansas, South Dakota and nearby states that are adding private bankers. You'll be the single point of contact for a select book of high-net-worth ag families, with local decision-making and incentive pay for the relationships you grow.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with high-net-worth farm families, landowners and agribusiness owners.
• Deliver personal lending (including land, residential and custom credit), deposits and cash management.
• Bring in trust, wealth and ag lending partners for a full family relationship.
• Grow deposits and loans through prospecting and referrals from CPAs, attorneys and current clients.
• Keep in close contact with clients, including farm and ranch visits.
• Manage credit quality and compliance on your portfolio.

🎯 What You Bring

• 5+ years in private banking, personal or ag lending, or relationship management with high-net-worth clients.
• Credit skills: reading personal and business financial statements and tax returns, and structuring loans.
• A proven record of growing deposits and loan balances.
• Comfort with ag clients and farm finances (ag lending background a strong plus).
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, agriculture or a related field.

💼 Compensation & Benefits

• $80,000 – $125,000 base, plus incentive.
• Full benefits: health, dental, vision, life insurance, and HSA.
• 401k.
