Commercial Construction Project Manager

Location: Greater Atlanta Area (Office-Based with Local Travel)

Industry: Commercial General Contracting

Type: Full-Time | In-Office | Travel to Local Job Sites

A well-established, mid-sized general contractor is actively seeking a Project Manager with a background in commercial construction to manage projects ranging from $5M–$15M in value. This firm is known for its commitment to quality, safety, and strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned commercial projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project schedules
• Lead procurement efforts and oversee material deliveries
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout procedures
• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and field staff

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of project management experience in commercial construction
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
