We are seeking an experienced Attorney to join our team, specializing in Commercial Real Estate matters. Our firm prides itself in protecting New Yorkers’ real estate dreams for over 90 years. We believe in providing tangible, profitable results for our clients, leveraging technology and innovative thinking, respecting our colleagues, and having a good time while doing so. For the past five years, our gross revenues have grown at least 20% per year and we want you to join to help us take the next step in our firm’s continued growth.

Commercial Real Estate Partner/Counsel

Required Experiece:

• Have prior sophisticated commercial leasing experience- 8+ years of experience
• Have a positive and at least a slightly entrepreneurial attitude willing to help grow a law firm (and all that comes with it)
• Have a strong understanding of landlord and tenant representation
• Have excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills with an ability to adopt new technology
• Have a willingness to complete a first round written interview
• 1500 billable requirement
• NO BOOK NEEDED
