Senior Project Manager / Estimator – Civil Construction
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Estimator to join our growing civil construction team. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience estimating and managing civil/site development projects, including mass grading, excavation, underground utilities, and related heavy civil construction work.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and competitive project estimates and bid proposals
- Manage projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Oversee scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and project execution
- Review plans, specifications, and contract documents
- Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel
- Monitor project costs, productivity, and overall performance
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Assist with business development and client relationships
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in civil construction estimating and project management
- Strong background in site development, mass grading, excavation, and underground utilities
- Ability to read and interpret civil plans and specifications
- Experience with bidding software and project management tools preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
