Project Engineer – Civil Construction

We are seeking a motivated Project Engineer to join our civil construction team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering and 1–4 years of experience in civil construction projects. Experience with roadway and/or site development projects is preferred. Relevant internship experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination
• Support project managers and field teams with daily operations
• Track project costs, quantities, and production
• Review plans, specifications, and subcontractor documents
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
• Help ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
• Maintain project documentation and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 1–4 years of civil construction experience preferred
• Roadway and/or site development experience is a plus
• Internship experience in heavy civil construction will be considered
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with construction software is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
