A local bank is confidentially looking to add another member to their banking family. They are seeking a supervisor to oversee the Collections team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversight for the Collections teams.
• Creating and implementing a strategy to improve production and streamline existing processes.  
• Producing daily production reports, reading and interpreting the data and the ability to make adjustments based off the data.
• Completing department quality reviews, providing feedback to staff and leadership team.
• Coaching and mentoring of staff members.
• Understand and oversee Compliance reviews for department processes.

Requirements:

• 3 years experience in collections.
• Supervisor experience preferred.
• Ability to identify process deficiencies and implement process improvements to resolve issues.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and an eye for detail.
• Strong computer skills, time and people management skills.
