Job Description

A well-established and highly respected California law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its sophisticated Labor & Employment practice. This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney who is passionate about employer-side employment litigation and interested in long-term career growth, mentorship, and a realistic path to partnership.

Position Highlights

  • Approximately 2+ years of litigation experience required.
  • Experience with California employment law is strongly preferred, including:
    • PAGA
    • Wage & Hour matters
    • Discrimination claims
    • Wrongful termination
    • Harassment claims
    • Class action litigation (significant plus)
  • Candidates from either the employee-side or employer-side employment law background will be considered.
  • Practice consists of roughly a 50/50 split between single-plaintiff matters and class action defense work.
  • Opportunity to work closely with experienced senior attorneys and partners on sophisticated employment litigation matters.

Compensation

  • Associate salary range: $130,000 – $180,000+ DOE
