Position: Family Law Associate Attorney

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Family Law Associate Attorney to join our team. The position is based in our Cincinnati office, 100% in-office work arrangement, still offering flexibility and work-life balance while maintaining a close connection to our collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Family Law cases, including drafting, negotiating, and reviewing agreements and related documents.
  • Conduct due diligence and provide strategic advice on legal risks and opportunities.
  • Advise clients on family matters, including marriage, divorce, child custody, adoption, and domestic violence.
  • Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
  • Build and nurture client relationships through effective communication and tailored legal counsel.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in Ohio (or the ability to become licensed promptly).
  • A minimum of 1 years of SOLID experience in Family Law. *(Internships in this area does count for 2024 grads)
  • Proven experience drafting and negotiating agreements.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
