Our dealership client is hiring a Parts Specialist to support agricultural and heavy equipment customers and the service department.
Responsibilities:
- Sell and look up parts for tractors, combines, construction and heavy equipment, in person and by phone
- Receive, stock, and organize inventory; process orders and returns
- Work with service technicians to get the right parts quickly
- Maintain accurate records in the dealer management system
Qualifications:
- Experience in parts counter, agriculture, construction, or heavy equipment preferred
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort with computers
- Valid driver's license
