HRT Nurse Practitioner or PA (Hormone Therapy & Aesthetics)

Tucson, AZ, full-time, on-site

Bring your hormone therapy expertise to one of Tucson's most exclusive medspas, with a steady flow of established, high-end clients already walking through the door.

An exclusive, full-service medspa in Tucson is adding a hormone replacement therapy practice and needs an Arizona-licensed NP or PA to lead it. The medspa is part of a fast-growing, nationally recognized aesthetics group, so you start with a built-in client base instead of building one from scratch.

What You'll Do

• Build the HRT service line from the ground up, including protocols, workflow and patient experience
• Run hormone assessments, order and interpret labs, and write treatment plans and prescriptions
• Educate patients and follow their progress over time
• Manage HRT inventory and vendor relationships
• Perform injectables (neurotoxins, dermal fillers) and advanced aesthetic treatments

What You Bring

• Active Arizona NP or PA license (or eligible), plus DEA or the ability to obtain it
• HRT or hormone optimization experience. Injectables and aesthetics experience is a strong plus.
• The confidence to work independently and make sound clinical calls
• A builder's mindset. You'd rather shape a practice than just fill a schedule.
• An existing patient following is welcome. A portable client book is rewarded with extra pay.
