Masonry Project Manager
Location: South Carolina
About the Role: We’re seeking a Masonry Project Manager to oversee commercial masonry projects from ground-up through completion. This is your chance to lead landmark projects, manage top crews, and make an impact with a growing construction firm that values craftsmanship and precision.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage masonry projects from preconstruction to closeout
Review blueprints, plans, and specs to ensure accuracy
Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, and labor crews
Track budgets, costs, and change orders
Maintain client relationships and ensure project satisfaction
Oversee jobsite safety and quality control
Background:
5+ years managing masonry or commercial construction projects
Strong knowledge of CMU, stone, and brick masonry systems
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to drive schedules and manage multiple crews
OSHA certification preferred
