Represent insurers in coverage disputes, bad faith claims, and general insurance litigation
Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and legal opinions
Handle discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
Advise clients on policy interpretation, risk management, and liability issues
Participate in settlement negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations
✔ 3+ years of insurance coverage litigation or related experience
✔ Background in insurance defense, casualty defense, personal injury, product liability, construction defect, or professional liability defense
✔ Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
✔ Washington Bar admission required
