2–4+ years of grain merchandising or ag commodity trading experience
Bachelor’s degree in Ag Economics, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
Strong understanding of commodity markets and trading strategies
Skilled negotiator with sharp analytical instincts
Comfortable with risk management and decision-making under pressure
Proficient with trading platforms and Excel/market analysis tools
Great communicator and relationship builder, both internally and externally
Results-driven, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
