Position: Premises Liability Attorney
A nationally recognized law firm based in Texas is seeking an experienced Premises Liability Attorney to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience litigating premises liability cases and be eager to contribute to a firm that regularly handles cases in jurisdictions beyond Texas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee premises liability cases from inception to resolution.
- MUST have prior experience in Premise Liability.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and actively participate in hearings and trials.
- Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to build strong cases.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
- Represent clients in trial when settlements are not achieved.
Qualifications:
- Active license to practice law in Texas.
- 3+ years of premises liability litigation experience.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
