Our highly respected and rapidly growing plaintiff litigation firm is seeking an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join its litigation team handling major commercial vehicle, trucking accident, and catastrophic injury cases.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a litigation attorney seeking hands-on responsibility, mentorship from experienced trial attorneys, and exposure to high-dollar personal injury matters.

If you have experience handling trucking accidents, serious injury litigation, depositions, motions, mediations, and trial preparation — we want to hear from you.

🔹 What You’ll Do:

• Manage plaintiff personal injury litigation cases from filing through resolution

• Handle trucking accident and commercial vehicle cases

• Take and defend depositions

• Argue motions and attend hearings

• Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations

• Assist with trial preparation and actively participate at trial

• Work closely with experienced partners on high-exposure cases

🔹 Qualifications:

✔ 4+ years of Plaintiff Personal Injury experience

✔ Experience with trucking accidents and catastrophic injury cases

✔ Strong litigation, deposition, and motion practice skills

✔ Excellent negotiation and client communication abilities

✔ Trial preparation experience preferred
